We provide Support Workers in the South East of England to partner those at work with a disability andneed practical help to enable them to fulfil some aspects of their job.
We recruit and employ competent and caring people for the role of Support Worker to meet the work needs of our disabled clients and enable them to take up work on an equal basis with other able bodied colleagues
About us
Support Worker Ltd was formed in 2012 for the sole purpose of providing competent and suitable support workers for those with a disability who require assistance in maintaining gainful employment.
Although a newly formed company, it’s Director and staff has been managing support workers contracts for the Department of Works and Pensions since 1999 and has experience of client’s needs and those of specialist support workers required to help them maintain sustainable employment.
Support Worker Ltd is wholly owned by BSEL a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. BSEL has been involved in the training and placement of unemployed and people with disabilities since 1985.
At present they are in partnership with Buckinghamshire College and Chichester College in providing NVQ training for those in apprenticeships as well as training towards employment for those who are unemployed or facing redundancy.
We also partner Graft Thames Valley in their work with disabled and young unemployed people.
